Cameron Pond is an upscale west Cary NC subdivision filled with custom built estate homes.

The layout of the community includes many cul-de-sacs, wide sidewalks, streets that loop making for very private backyard settings.
The community is in its final build out phase. Neighborhood “resort-style” amenities include a junior Olympic swimming pool, toddlers playground, basketball goal, shade pavilions, cabana bath house, natural areas, wooded buffers, green ways, and streams. Many of the community’s homeowners fish from the nine acre pond!
Mills Park school/Park borders this subdivision to the south west. The park has is two multipurpose athletic fields, a lighted softball field, lighted football & track stadium field, a lighted basketball area, and a picnic shelter with restrooms.
Nearby at the corner of Green Level Church Road and Carpenter Fire Station Road there is a large Harris Teeter grocery store, CVS Pharmacy and other local shops. Directions to the Cameron Pond Neighborhood: From Route 40 take the Triangle Expressway (i.e. Rt 540) south west to exit 66.
Get on Route 55 south for just a mile then take a right on Carpenter Fire Station Road.
Travel another mile to Cameron Pond on your left.
Careful the 1st entrance just after a Town of Cary 21 acre park can only be accessed when traveling in the opposite direction (east), go a little further and then you’ll see the main Cameron Pond entrance.
