In 2016 there were a total of 1,406 residential closings in west Cary, NC 27519.
The majority 1,172 of 1,406 (83.4%) were in 40 subdivisions.
This 3rd post focuses on these four west Cary, North Carolina 27519 subdivisions:
- Stonewater – 34 sales in 2016
- Davis Square – 34 sales in 2016
- Sedgefield – 33 sales in 2016
- Mills Park Square – 32 sales in 2061
Looking back 12-months from today (charts update daily) here are a series of real estate sales statistics for the above four subdivisions:
A count of the actual sales that have close in the past 12-months. Calculations are based on sold data.
Notice that two for these subdivisons are very new with the majority of their sales occuring in the past 12-months.
Average Sales Price
Average price for properties that have close in the past 12-months, not accounting for seller concessions (e.g. seller paid closing costs).
Notice that Sedgefield has the highest Sales Prices by far, very nice community if you can afford it!
Price Per Sq Ft
Median sales price per square foot, again looking back the past 12-months, not accounting for seller concessions (e.g. seller paid closing costs).
Notice that Stonewater has the most affordable pricing.
