In 2016 there were a total of 1,406 residential closings in west Cary, NC 27519.
The majority 1,172 of 1,406 (83.4%) were in 40 subdivisions.
This 4th post focuses on these four west Cary, North Carolina 27519 subdivisions (Click S/D name to see Homes For Sale):
- Weldon Ridge – 30 sales in 2016
- Camden TH at Cary Park – 30 sales in 2016
- Fryars Gate – 28 sales in 2016
- Preston Village – 26 sales in 2061
Looking back 12-months from today (charts update daily) here are a series of real estate sales statistics for the above four subdivisions:
A count of the actual sales that have close in the past 12-months. Calculations are based on sold data.
Notice that both Weldon Ridge and Preston Village turned in the best gains on Closed Sales.
Average Sales Price
Average price for properties that have close in the past 12-months, not accounting for seller concessions (e.g. seller paid closing costs).
Notice that Preston Village has the highest Sales Prices by far, very nice community if you can afford it!
Price Per Sq Ft
Median sales price per square foot, again looking back the past 12-months, not accounting for seller concessions (e.g. seller paid closing costs).
Notice that Preston Village $/SF remains highest however the best gains are in Weldon Ridge.
